Property not well managed Positive: Location was good. Free parking for 2 cars. Negative: I normally do not make reviews but in this case it warrants one. Property managers do not pay attention to details. Living and kitchen area heater remote was out of order. Complain was lodged on day we checked in. They took a long time to assess the fault and finally replace a new remote on Day 5 the night before we checked out. It was cold being Melbourne winter and the family with 2 toddlers suffered and came down with cold and flu. We managed to loan plug in heaters from friends. They did offer to send a plug in heater but it was faulty as well and did not follow up after it was rejected. We also need to buy our own batteries as the batteries for the TV remote is dead. Do bring your own dish washing liquid as well as dish washer tablets. And sponge for washing. In the case of dish washer tablet.. they only provide 1 tablet. And also you will need to bring own rubbish bin liners as they do not provide any. Request were made but there were no response. We had to buy all of these as our own expense. And a few other inconvenience such as the stairs leading up to the rooms 3 stories in all. Not family friendly with young children. Domi needs to put more effort in managing this property.
